Giancarlo Pasquini confirmed it to me. Bore, Jion and Desetsu13 were wrong about saying that it was Roberto Tiranti

Yeah, it definitely didn't sound like quite the same guy to me. Cheeseman similarly left Roberto out of the vocals column for De La Vega's songs. I figure Diego was simply hired to capitalize on the fresh style that Powerful T. brought to A-Beat C in the early 2000s!

Nice find. I had never payed close enough attention to question whether it really was Tiranti. I guess it had always sounded enough like him to me.
